Shipping Info:
Our average production time is between 1-2 weeks. This is separate from shipping times. Please be aware of the timeline for time sensitive orders.
Choosing priority shipping over first class shipping does not speed up production time. It only cuts down on the amount of time the items are in transit. If you need an item by a certain date, please message us first to make sure we can fulfill your request.
After shipping, the transit time domestically is between 2-5 days. For international orders it can be between 1-3 weeks depending on location.
***We are not responsible for any extra international shipping customs and taxes. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal office once your item has shipped. If an incorrect address is provided and the item gets returned to us, we will charge a shipping fee to send it back out to you. ****

International: $20 Flat Rate Shipping over a $99 order
Returns/Exchanges:
Since most of our items are customized for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or made to order items unless there was an error on our part. However, please message us with any questions or concerns and we will review requests on a case by case basis.
General Care Instructions:
All printed mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. All apparel should be washed inside out in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat for longevity.
Customization:
Most of our items are customizable and you can request special personalization. For work that requires extra specific add ons to the existing product, a fee will be charged depending on the project.
Gift Notes:
We definitely can. Just leave us a note to let us know what you would like written on it and who it is addressed to.
