Due to the made to order, customized, and seasonal nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there was a mistake in production on our part. Please make sure to read the entire listing for all information necessary to complete the order correctly.

Shipping Time Frame

If you need an item that is time sensitive and falls outside this shipping time frame, please contact us with a message beforehand to ask if it is possible.
