Due to the made to order, customized, and seasonal nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there was a mistake in production on our part. Please make sure to read the entire listing for all information necessary to complete the order correctly.

Shipping Time Frame
Most of our orders are listed as being shipped between 1-2 weeks. This includes business days only and not weekends. If you need an item that is time sensitive and falls outside this shipping time frame, please contact us with a message beforehand to ask if it is possible. We try our very best to accommodate the date you need an item by if we can. If you do not communicate a need by date with us, we will work on it according to our regular time frame.

Priority Vs. First Class Shipping
Some of our items are available as first class or priority shipping. PLEASE NOTE- choosing priority shipping does not make the 1-2 week production time faster. It ONLY makes the shipping time faster ONCE SHIPPED.
